Do you take requests and go through planning our event with us?

Yes, our staff is very versatile. You have unlimited access to Carol and Sam our event planners on staff as well as your entertainer(s) for your event. Our office is open 7 days a week and we are glad to take your request and honor them prior to and during your event!

Are you Insured?

Yes! We are insured with Traveler's insurance. It is the most comprehensive policy available to mobile entertainers. We will gladly fax you a copy of our policy or add an additional insured name for the day for your banquet hall.

Do you use professional equipment?

We only use top of the line audio, video, and lighting equipment. Sam the owner is a partner in Sonicfiber.com which is a premier retailer for musical equipment and only provides the best gear to his staff.

Do you have backup equipment on site at my event?

Yes! We provide backup gear on site at all of our events. We don't plan on having to use it, but it is important to prepare for the unexpected.

What happens if my entertainer is sick or has an emergency?

In the extremely unlikely event your entertainer is unavailable to perform due to emergency another entertainer will be supplied and make sure your event goes off without a hitch.

How much time do you allow for setup?

We generally allow one hour for standard events.

Do I get everything in a formal, written contract?

Yes, everything we do is in writing, we think it's important that there are no surprises.

Will you dress appropriately for the event?

From Jeans and a polo shirt, to suite & tie, to tuxedo, we have the attire for any affair. Have a special request? Just ask!

Do you belong to any professional entertainment associations?

Yes, we are members of GMEA, as well as 800dj platinum members.
